9:04 am	simon: filling up friends pages the world over Woo, third week back home and I finally get around to posting some pictures. There's plenty more but no one's really going to care about these ones to begin with so why bother posting any more? So yes - pictures from the USA. The Bates Motel at Universal Studios Some boat at Disneyland Bob Marley Ave! Go Universal Studios The castle at Disneyland, apparently it's famous or something The Hoover Dam, this thing was fucking impressive. Well, I'm sure it still is, too. House Of Blues, Anaheim. Saw Misery Signals, Zao and Darkest Hour here! King motherfucking Kong, Universal Studios again in case you didnt realise. Some resturant in San Fran, had to get a picture. Some dude at the Statue of Liberty, he had funny socks. New Orleans <3, view from my hotel. :( New York Stock Exchange, thats a big fucking flag. A pool party which I attended in New Orleans, it's like Where's Wally, WHERE AM I? Las Vegas, scary mother fucking ride, who's idea was it to put this fucking thing 106 floors off the ground? Fuck that. Some fag. This is both awesome and fucking weird at the same time. A squirrel? In the line for the Statue of Liberty? What the fuck?!? I chased it with my camera and got weird looks from the local constablery Don't know what the fuck this is Up close San Fran had some steeparse streets Big tall 106 floor fucker in Vegas And again. 9:34 am	Hello from New Orleans. Was in Anaheim on Sunday at the House of Blues for Zao/Darkest Hour. Well, Fighting Paris and Misery Signals opened, and Bleeding Through headlined, but Zao and Darkest Hour is why I was there - and they were both fucking awesome. But fuck hardcore kids and fuck hardcore dancing, it isn't bad at all in Australia friends... 7 US dollars for a vodka was bullshit, but 12 bucks for a t-shirt and 10bux for a cd was awesome. Monday went to Vancouver to catch up with Matt... Then Tuesday we went to the Sounds of the Underground - - Strapping Young Lad - <3, no more needs to be said <3 <3, except that the shows promoters are fuckhats and SYL need more than a 30 minute set :( They played - Imperial, Velvet Kevorkian, All Hail The New Flesh, Love, Aftermath, In The Rainy Season. Spewin' they didn't play SYL or Skeksis, but hey, they're still the best band on the planet. - Chimaira - they're in fucking fine form, new material sounds awesome live, Kevin Talley is awesome, Mark's screaming like a champion, and Rob's solo's are fucking amazing. Mark seems to have a mega hard boner over Strapping now too, which is interesting as when I spoke to him less than a year ago he'd never even heard City... - Lamb of God - FUCK YES. Vigil was fucking amazing live. They were in fine fucking form too. They played an awesome fucking set (they had the longest out of anyone though), including Bloodletting (with a mad props to devy before they started), Black Label, Ruin, 11th Hour, Laid to Rest, Hourglass, Now You've Got Something To Die For, As The Palaces Burn... - Opeth - GENE WAS AWESOME DRUMMING FOR THEM. I still love Mike's voice, but I cant get into Opeth in a huge way - but they did play a fucking excellent show. - Gwar - Quiet a fucking experience. Plenty of blood, cum and slime been sprayed all over the crowd, so plenty of blue/green/red covered people after the show... Decapitations of George Bush, fighting big monsters, very excessive, very entertaining, and I loved it. I'll give Throwdown credit for their cover of Roots Bloody Roots, but they aint winning me over with one metal song that aint even theres... Anyways, last night drank buck fifty vodka's, that was awesome, until I had like 1 hour sleep before jumping on a plane to New Orleans today...Speaking of which, time to ran, bye kids. 9:26 am	Yesterday an elevator door violently closed on me, I have a small bruise on my shoulder which I really dont care about but MY LEFT FUCKING BUTT CHEEK IS BRUISED AND IT HURTS WHEN I WALK. Moving on...I've been in Melbourne all week and the week's been pretty much like this - Monday - Drinking with the lads from work. Tuesday - Drinking with the lads from work. Wednesday - Drinking with Beau. Thursday - Drinking with Rel, Eric and Sid. Any patterns emerging? Now it's Friday, and I'm heading home sweet home in a few hours and oh I don't know I'll probably be drinking with the usual crowd thisevening :o And tomorrow evening. Then it's Monday again and I'm back to this cold-arse state where I'll be catching up with fuckaz left right and centre eating and drinking too much. Then I'm off to the states for a month, where I'll be catching up with Matt - who loves drinkin'. Then Lee's coming to meet me in LA, and he also loves drinkin'. So I guess my point is - anybody have a liver they aint using that I can have in about 6 weeks? Also suggest to me a diet I can go on after eating on business expenses for a few weeks followed by American meals for a few weeks. Peace. (Comment on this)

8:42 am	ive finally found you - my personal slaughter o hay Here is some stuff - - Ryan moved in with me cause his old roommate was a dirty whore. So I've forfeited my most excellent privacy living by myself, but it's cool...you gotta help a nigger out when you can and it's not bothering me in the slightest at this stage. - My 21st was most massive - devouring a grand on the bar, and then we continued to buy drinks. Then back at mine a case of beer, 3 bottles of vodka and a bottle of turkey were all consumed :o Followed by Ivan totally destroying my kitchen, drunken sad people antics (up not across kids), drunken angry people antics, polices, and the highlight - Creamy falling down 12 stairs (aaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahaha). Finished up at 6-7am, slept for an hour and a half, got up feelin' tops...then the hangover kicked in about 11. - This year has been tops for tunes - Strapping Young Lad - Alien, Bloodbath - Nightmares Made Flesh (well, US release, last year in Europe), The Black Dahlia Murder - Miasma, Darkest Hour - Undoing Ruin, Dark Tranquility - Character, Darkane - Layers of Lies, Nightrage - Descent Into Chaos, Pain - Dancing With The Dead, Bloodsimple - A Cruel World, Soilwork - Stabbing the Drama. Sure I missed some, and there's still another half-year to go...new Hypocrisy mmm. - I really enjoy plain cheese pizza's on a thin crust. - Come next week I'll be in Melbourne for 3 weeks, followed by a month in the States (hitting up Anaheim as soon as I arrive to see Zao/Darkest Hour, then off to Vancouver for Sounds of the Underground, mmm Chimaira, Strapping Young Lad, Lamb of God, Gwar, The Black Dahlia Murder, Opeth...then off to ol' New Orleans, followed by LA for 2 weeks at which point I shall venture across to Vegas baby...Vegas, and up to San Fran for Ozzfest. After that, off to Chicago, then ending up in New York for the Gigantour with Fear Factory and SYMPHONY FUCKING X before heading home at the end of August and perhaps starting a new job :o. - Laura is super smart cause its cold as all fuck today and the stupid cunt is wearing a skirt (oh dan you'll hate me if you read that :/ - by the way nobody make a joke about Laura masturbating or you'll get in trouble...) - Jade Empire is an excellent game on Xbox and it's been a while since I've spent more than 10 minutes playing a game, let alone 15 hours... - Scott's pubes are growing back, and it's a bitch apparently. He is also hungover, expanding on which... - I love drinkin' - My butt is a little itchy - Enough stuff for now, I've got work to do and it's just getting silly. Bye whores.
